Has anyone doing PPD1 found the Drew and Bingham skills diagnostic sheet? I've checked Blackboard and done a Google search but haven't found anything yet. x

have you tried momentum, av been goin thur n i cant sai its the bigest one i eva been, but if its only keepin fit u wantin then its the place, got swiming pool and instructor if needed, are you livin in the hall?

Has anyone joined the gym, if so would you recommend it. Is it good for those of us who are slightly phobic towards exercise. All this studying makes me hungry and all this sitting down studying seems to be making my jeans shrink. So any views on the gym and pool would be appreciated as I can't afford bigger clothes.
