Hello! Thanks for your comments. The network was originally designed to help students meet each other before they arrived in Bradford. As such we assumed that people would naturally share mobile numbers with each other or add each other as friends on facebook etc. Your comments about the community diminishing are interesting however, as as soon as ning makes those sorts of features available we will look into adding them to help people stay in touch with each other.
